A Day In Detroit

Since Windsor is a border city, we are lucky to have easy access to Detroit. That means some great buildings, cool architecture, and some amazing restaurants. I came across this interesting graffiti building and had to take some photos! However, keep in mind we did this very quickly, because some areas in Detroit are unsafe and it didn’t feel like the best area.

For my outfit, I went with these very comfortable and very versatile Wilfred Free Yasmin Dress from Aritzia. They come in all different colours and they are the best for hot summer days! Just a few months ago my husband and I were in Europe and just about every woman paired dresses, even skirts, and jeans with platform sneakers. So I picked up these Dirk Bikkemburg Platform Sneakers. I bought mine in a store in Milan, Italy, so I couldn’t find my exact pair, but click on the link for their collection.
