Extraordinary Dubai

Hi everyone. Wow where do I begin with Dubai. Lets just say this has been on my bucket list for a long time. I describe Dubai as surreal, breathtaking, and out of this world amazing. As soon as you land in their airport, you get a sense of how Dubai is going to be, and that is rich, fancy, and glorious. There are way too many things to do in Dubai, but I want to share some of my favourites. Where to stay? Dubai is so big and we stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeriah. It was absolutely stunning. The pristine and large lobby to the service was a big five star in my opinion. After scouting out hotels and touring around, I would also suggest Jumeriah Al Qasr. What to do? Here are my top things to do in Dubai:

1) Start your first day off with touring the city, hire a private driver to take you around. Visit the Burj Khalifa, here you can purchase tickets in advance which will take you all the way to the top where you will see stunning views of Dubai.

2) After that head to the Gold Souk, here is some more information on it. Dubai is the city of gold, so you must go here and experience culture and all things gold. And while you are there visit the spice market!

3) Visit the largest mall in the world Dubai Mall, by the way a new mall, which is suppose to be even bigger and better is currently being built.

4) Your in the desert, you must book a Dune Buggy tour, and book your tour here.

5) Rent an exotic car and drive to Abu Dhabi. You must visit Emirates Palace and have champagne and lunch on the beach. Also if you are a male, make sure you are wearing pants as you will not be allowed in. Females are fine in dresses!

6) Dubai is famous for their brunches, book this in advance and experience a Dubai Brunch. We did Candypants and it was fantastic.

7) For a fun pool day visit Zero Gravity Beach Club. Where to eat Dinner? There were so many amazing restaurants but here are my favourites:

1) Book a table at Asia Asia and ask for a table outside, I have never seen such an amazing dinner view.

2) Eat at Pierchic, it is rated the most romantic restaurant in Dubai and its in the middle of ocean really. You can literally look down while you eating and see water all around you!

3) Eat at Marina Social, overlooking the Dubai Marina and award winning chefs.

4) Have an amazing seafood dinner overlooking the Burj Khalifa at The Atlantic Dubai.There are so many amazing things to do in Dubai.
