So I have been wanting to make a blog post on this for a while now. With pregnancy your body needs a lot of extra nutrients to feed your little growing baby! Below is the list of vitamins I take and when I take them, always speak to your doctor before taking these! As I'm not a professional, I just wanted to share some items I am loving. I have linked it all so just simply click on the vitamin name to bring you to the website!

1) Megafood Baby & Me 2 Prenatal Vitamin - I take 2 of these a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I find these don't upset my stomach like some vitamins can. I really love all the nutrients in this one, and how everything is just pure and clean! No junk or fillers here! 2) Sisu Women's Folic Acid- I'm taking 1 of these a day in the morning! As we all know folic acid helps with neutral tube defects and this one is important. I take this on top of my prenatal vitamin just to be safe, and I'm taking this throughout my entire pregnancy. Also if you are planning on becoming pregnant, I started taking this at least 3 months before. 3) Sisu Vitamin D- I take an extra vitamin D in the morning as well. Even if my prenatal vitamin has vitamin D, it is an super important vitamin. I have done my research and read that babies who do not have enough vitamin D can develop abnormal bone development. I have the Jameson brand listed in my photos, but switching to this brand as soon as I'm finished this bottle. 4) Bulletproof Omega Krill Complex- I take 1 in the morning, and 1 at night. I don't eat enough fish, and with pregnancy I am limiting which types of fish I am eating and limiting this to only once a week. I go for Wild fish only, and only eat Wild Sockeye Salmon, Wild Flounder, Wild Haddock, Wild Sole, Wild Tilapia, and Wild Trout. However, where I live these types are hard to come by especially fresh and wild. So it sure is important to me to have a good quality omega 3, and the Bulletproof Omega Krill Complex only has wild omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 will help brain development in your growing baby, also visual and cognitive development. 5) Garden Life Dr. Formulated Probiotics- I take 1 of these every morning, this is basically more for me as it helps my digestion during pregnancy especially with all the heartburn I have been getting. 6) CanPrev Magnesium - Magnesium I only take at night, and magnesium helps build strong teeth and bones in your baby. 7) Upgraded Bulletproof Collagen - I take 1-2 tablespoons daily in my coffee or smoothie. I am taking this to help reduce any stretch marks during pregnancy and collagen promotes skin elasticity and help improve skin moisture levels.
